Repairs & Cleaning to aluminum curtain wall, granite & limestone façade and installation of new exposed aggregate courtyard. Scope of work in tells cleaning and restoration of approximately 75, 947 sq. ft. of architectural limestone and granite. New curtain wall system involves replacement of seals, sealants, structural fastening system, and minor glass repair. Also, the scope of work involved complete slate terraces, reconstruction and waterproofing, removal and resetting of granite stones, reconstruction of courtyard exposed aggregate walkway and resetting of granite steps at building main entrance.
