The Huntington Learning Center is a 2,650 s.f. tenant improvement which included: selective demolition, new interior partition using metal stud framing & drywall, new ACT ceiling, new interior doors, new storefront system, new carpet & VCT flooring, reworking the existing HVAC & electrical, and interior paint.
