This project included the construction of a 2,640sf cafeteria in the basement level of the James Madison Building on Capitol Square, for the Department of General Services. Requirements of the project included demolition of previous facilities, the installation of all new electrical, mechanical, and fire safety systems. The upscale interior finishes included curved drywall applications, new partitions, architectural finishes and lighting, as well as patterned flooring, vinyl wall covering and acoustical ceiling applications.
