Naval Security Group Activity, Sugar Grove, WV
Installation of military flag array on Main Street. Various concrete projects including: 4,000 square feet of sidewalk, support pads for bleachers, drainage pipe, headwall, and brick paving. Installation of lights and asphalt landing apron for helicopter landing pad. Installation of new metal doors and new storefront door. Renovation of Quarter Deck to include wood paneling and trim, laminated flooring, and new lighting. Replacement of roll up door on Building 95. Renovation of a toilet facility. Installation of a new Firestone TPO membrane roof on the commissary Building. Interior and exterior painting of 17 Facility Buildings.

2nd Floor HVAC Renovation
This project includes renovation the 2nd Floor of the Federal Office Building in Richmond Virginia in which the IRS uses as a call in center. The project is set up in several different phases since part of the space is still occupied. Included in the project was a need for covering of desk stations that were left in the space for the entire duration of the project. Work included the demolition of the drop ceiling, mechanical system, and electrical system. A new drop ceiling will be installed with new lights and a new updated mechanical system. Some sprinklers will be moved as needed, along with some water piping because of the new duct placement.
