Richmond, Virginia.

This tenant up-fit project included the demolition of the existing partition walls and a storage area. The 1,200 sq. ft. area was re-configured to include the addition of new office spaces and working areas. The scope of work included the installation of a new concrete floor, building new (dry) wall partitions, painting, adding new doors and frames and installing a new acoustical ceiling.
