Jordan and the general contractor is Prestige Construction Group, Incorporated. This was a joint venture between W.M. Jordan and Prestige Construction Group. The architect for this project is The Chenault Group, P.L.C. The civil engineer is Hulcher and Associates. The landscape architect is Snead Associates, P.C. The structural engineer is Daniels and Associates, P.C. The engineer for this project is Brandt Engineering, Inc. and the interior designer for this project is Gwathmey Design Group, L.L.C.This project is scheduled to begin in October 1999 and expects to be an 18-month fast track project.
