Prestige is participating in the construction of this $105 million Educational complex and ancillary facility project at the University of Virginia through its strategic partnership with Barton Malow Construction. The project, delivered under the Construction Manager as Agent method, is located in the heart of the historic grounds of UVA, requires uncompromising quality and coordination throughout the planning and construction stages. Prestige will be providing on-site supervision and support staff on this project, accounting for approximately 15% of the construction value under the terms of the Teaming Agreement. Prestige is also managing the participation of minority businesses in this highly visible project.
