This was a new 85,000 sq. ft. transfer station that scope consisted of demolition, site work, concrete, metal building, and interior/exterior finishes. This project finished on schedule and within budget. Prestige’s subcontractors for this project included: Dwight Snead Construction Company; W.J. Rapp on concrete; H.E. Sargant for site work; Dave Welch for Pre-engineered Steel Building and Performance Electric for all electrical work.
